Right to File a Complaint

You also have the right to file a complaint directly with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or the appropriate federal agency responsible for enforcing civil rights laws. If you choose to file with the EPA or another agency, you must do so within 180 days of the alleged discrimination.

Retaliation Prohibited
